Inspired by our bead pal Deaynn (who has made a bazillion of these!) we are offering up this great bracelet project to showcase an unusual button or bead clasp.  The base stitch of the bracelet becomes very meditative – as there are no patterns to follow or colors to switch – just bead this gorgeous big band of beads!  It will be one of your favorite go to bracelets!

Bead pal Leayn Tabili designed this very cool pendant using a handful of curved leaf beads, netting and an 18mm Swarovski rivoli stone. The results are beautiful!  Every color combo is more beautiful than the next. She named it ‘mandala’ for its circular and repetitive form. It is meditative beading at its best! I’ve made three already and I rarely make more than one of anything!!!

Let inspirational artist Louise Pederson show you the way with PMC! You’ll make a pendant and two small components as earrings or charms in this hands on workshop. Louise brings loads of texturing plates, stamps and tools for you to use as you design and create your pieces with her guidance. This amazing material works like clay but fires into fine silver. Spend class time creating. Louise will take them home to fire your work in her kiln, returning students work to the shop in a week (or so, depending on her teaching schedule!).

My friend Amber bought these stamped metal tags embossed with her sons names and dangled with crystals in birthstone colors from sterling ‘dog tag’ chain in sterling silver. I fell in love with it and invested in the letter sets to make my own! In this class you’ll make your own tags, with kids names or words of inspiration, using your choice of 4 styles of lettering pounded into sterling tags.
